Our State Licensing is billed on an hourly basis. We avail ourselves of the services of trained paralegals to reduce licensing costs.  To the extent that attorney time is required, this is also billed at a reduced hourly rate.

3. General Matter Billing
Our non-licensing matters are billed on an hourly basis. We are happy to discuss "estimated charges" prior to commencing work.

4. Litigation Matters
Alt & Associates bills litigation matters on an hourly basis. Charges depend on the complexity of the case, the amount of necessary discovery and the number of parties.
